Job Title: Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality packaging solutions and brand experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
  • Coordinate the pack change process for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and all services provided by SGK.
  • Manage and maintain project and job status trackers.
  • Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to all key stakeholders.
  • Escalate any risks to critical path timelines as appropriate.
Briefing & Approval Process:
  • Collate accurate briefs and submit to production centre.
  • Collate amends and brief to production centre.
  • Coordinate and lead pre-artwork meetings with support of technical manager where appropriate.
  • Advise on print and technical feasibility on all assigned projects with the direct support of the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
  • Coordinate press attendance where applicable with the SGK Print Technical Team.
Relationship Management:
  • Build, maintain, and develop effective & positive working relationships across the client, and print supply chain.
  • Understand and appreciate client's culture, reflect this in behaviour and ways of working.
  • Represent SGK professionally at all times at all levels of management within the client as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills and logical approach.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Remains calm under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • Some experience/knowledge of Adobe products.
