- Lead a team of growth professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Growth for a D2C brand or Performance Marketer or Growth Manager
