About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our Business Solutions team at Inetum. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, developing business strategies, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance
- Understand and analyze client needs and requirements
- Supervise project conception and realization
- Monitor project profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate and draft project contracts
- Provide guidance and support to project managers
- Participate in business development and strategy meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the HR Access domain
- Strong understanding of HR management and related technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
