About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Logistics Specialist to join our team in St Witz, France. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in improving Warehouse logistics operations and driving cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance Warehouse logistics operations, including cost reduction and service improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) analysis to assess multiple scenarios and inform business decisions.
  • Create and distribute automated productivity and quality reports, as well as perform trend analysis to support operational management.
  • Design and develop new large business opportunities, working closely with our solutions team to implement solutions in one of our buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with operational plans, procedures, customer requirements, quality goals, service levels, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Implement job-specific training for operations staff, including ongoing training, education, and development on procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Over 3-5 years of proven experience in Warehouse Logistics operations.
  • Educated to at least Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Driven self-starter with strong organizational skills and project analysis experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, and MS Projects, with knowledge of Access, AutoCAD, and SWL a plus.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual skills, with a logical thinker and high degree of accuracy.
  • Cross-functional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of any other European language an asset.
  • Ability to travel within EMEA as required.
