Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Saint-Nazaire. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of logistics operations on our site, ensuring seamless execution of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management

    • Animate, coordinate, and support team leaders in the best interest of the company and our clients.

    • Plan and organize work schedules, taking into account absences and activity forecasts.

    • Manage human resources, including recruitment, annual reviews, training, and more.

    • Apply all relevant labor laws and safety regulations.

  • Logistics and Inventory Management

    • Ensure the efficient management of logistics flows from receipt to delivery/expedition, according to the project's specifications.

    • Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.

    • Monitor and report on logistics performance indicators, addressing any anomalies or issues.

    • Maintain and repair equipment and machinery.

  • Quality, Safety, and Environment (SQE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE)

    • Implement SQE and RSE policies across all sites.

    • Analyze risks and opportunities to develop action plans.

    • Validate residual risks from risk analyses for the services/sites under your responsibility.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in an industrial or logistics environment, with a strong background in management and a passion for leading a team. You should be able to analyze situations, propose solutions, and implement changes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Education

A degree in a relevant field (Bac +3 to Bac +5) is required. We are looking for a dynamic, loyal, and diplomatic individual who is comfortable working in a team and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
