About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Klorane, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product marketing, from market research and competitive analysis to campaign development and performance measurement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive local marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing plans across diverse channels, including digital, retail, and public relations.
  • Champion Klorane's brand image and values within the local market, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in budget planning and monitoring, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Present product campaigns to field teams, providing them with the necessary support and resources to achieve success.
  • Forecast sales trends and manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.

About You

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, coupled with 2-3 years of proven experience in the marketing industry. Prior experience in the beauty or personal care sector is highly desirable. Your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, creative thinking, and collaborative spirit will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.
