About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR team in France and support Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium. As a key member of our Western Europe team, you will be responsible for executing HR initiatives, driving talent management, and fostering employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in France and provide strategic support to Commercial Heads across Western Europe.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage talent management and succession planning for the cluster.
  • Oversee recruitment and compensation processes for managerial and specialist roles.
  • Drive employee engagement and ensure HR efficiency across all cluster countries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of international labour markets.
  • Degree-level qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to speak one of the other cluster languages desirable.
