Aliaxis, a global leader in advanced fluid and material transport systems, is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of its innovation model. This model focuses on creating new growth platforms aligned with our 'Growth with Purpose' strategy, aiming to provide innovative solutions for water management, transition to clean energy, and digital services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying long-term innovation and technological trends;
  • Developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps for products, solutions, and technological development;
  • Supporting the definition of project objectives for our R&D center;
  • Identifying opportunities and risks in existing and future value chains for Aliaxis;
  • Translating market needs into growth opportunities for new segments and/or in line with Aliaxis' core business;
  • Developing a commercial model based on water management and transition to clean energy;
  • Defining market launch strategies and coordinating projects with commercial and industrial teams;
  • Supporting the incubation of innovative business opportunities and their growth.

Requirements:

  • Engineering, business administration, or applied economics degree;
  • Significant experience in a consulting firm, preferably in the manufacturing sector;
  • Successful experience in strategic project management;
  • Familiarity with specific marketing strategic processes is appreciated;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French;
  • Innovation-oriented mindset, client-focused, and entrepreneurial;
  • Will to travel (up to 30%).
