About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Risk Management team as a Senior Operational Risk Manager. This is a key role within the AXA Group, responsible for managing risks resulting from P&C underwriting and claims handling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and map P&C insurance risks through sound portfolio and business knowledge
  • Contribute to P&C systemic risk modelling activities and risk appetite setup
  • Review and approve standards and policies for insurance, assumed reinsurance, and ceded reinsurance
  • Ensure 2nd line of defence with 2nd opinion on P&C strategic plan and CEO dialogues
  • Steer standards/policies breaches identification and remediation
About You

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in P&C business operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and reinsurance. You should have a strong strategic vision and be able to challenge and orient the P&C strategy. You should also have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a network and with tight deadlines.
