Position Overview
As a Project Controls Manager at Altrad, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources to achieve timely and budget-compliant project delivery while meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead the management of various projects, effectively coordinating personnel, financial, and technical resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Risk Management: Uphold the company's risk management framework, taking full accountability for project execution in this domain.
- Governance and Compliance: Serve as the principal governance authority, ensuring adherence to all operational procedures, technical standards, legislation, and change management practices.
- Financial Oversight: Guarantee that projects are executed within established financial and commercial management parameters.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement by integrating industry best practices and leading gate reviews and lessons learned sessions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage a broad network of internal and external stakeholders to cultivate and manage client relationships effectively.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant academic background (e.g., BSc/BEng/MSc) or equivalent professional experience and qualifications (e.g., APM).
- Demonstrated extensive experience in project management with a successful track record in delivering projects that meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Recognized as a leader, serving as the senior interface on large-scale, complex, and strategically significant projects.
- Possess expert knowledge of risk management methodologies and adeptness in problem-solving and dispute resolution processes.
