Job Summary:

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Leader to join our Configuration Expertise and Processes department based in France.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and piloting several projects that will contribute to the company's transformation journey. These projects will focus on implementing new ways of working, leveraging digital technologies, and improving productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Define and manage projects to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of digital technologies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Knowledge of AI and ML concepts and their application in industrial settings.

  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Language: English language proficiency at a negotiation level.
