Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Portfolio Analyst to join our Business Performance team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data assets meet objectives in terms of quality, timeline, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support P&C Commercial Line Group Underwriting teams in implementing data framework and governance across various business processes.
  • Lead and participate in transversal projects and use cases related to Data Mesh and Gen AI, ensuring data governance and framework enforcement.
  • Perform data cartography and mapping exercises with business teams to document relevant processes and technical storage items.
  • Collaborate with data stakeholders to ensure global alignment on data policy and effective usage by operational teams.
  • Master tool capabilities and promote data culture across the Group Underwriting Office.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or engineering with a business data orientation.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Data/BI business analyst, preferably in insurance and/or consulting.
  • Knowledge in data projects management and large-scale data experience.
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written.
  • Good data processing/visualization and technical skills.
