Position Overview
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in emergency and critical care environments, employing advanced clinical expertise to handle intricate medical scenarios.
- Evaluating, triaging, and monitoring patients' health status, promptly executing suitable interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and adherence to established guidelines, ensuring patient safety and optimal results.
- Maintaining precise and comprehensive patient documentation, recording all care activities, assessments, and treatment responses.
- Instructing patients and their families about health issues, treatment strategies, and post-discharge care, fostering a supportive and informed atmosphere.
- Willingness to relocate and work in the U.S. This role is an ONSITE, full-time, direct hire RN position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in a hospital with a minimum capacity of 100 beds.
- Preferred background in ER/MS/ICU/CCU settings.
- Specialties: ICU, Medical Surgical, Emergency Room, Operating Room, CCU.
- Current RN License required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are necessary.
- Must possess a valid U.S. State RN License.
- Successful completion of the U.S. NCLEX examination is mandatory.
