Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Client Engagement Strategies
- Design and execute client engagement plans to drive loyalty, retention, and acquisition across various European markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize impact.
- Lead the Loyalty Program
- Develop and manage the loyalty program to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the CRM and Data teams to analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage Client Relationships

- 7+ Years of Experience
- Proven track record of success in client marketing, CRM, or loyalty program management.
- Advanced Degree
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Language Skills
- Fluency in English and French; a third language is an asset.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
