Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical techniques to enhance sales performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track sales performance, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Drive the optimization and utilization of business intelligence tools and systems within the sales organization, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior business intelligence or analytics role, preferably within a sales or revenue-focused function.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution in a cross-functional environment.
