Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our real estate investment team, you will be responsible for the management and value creation of a large office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with investor requirements, including rental reversion, selective sales, and portfolio growth through new acquisitions.
- Implement ESG strategies to optimize decarbonation of each asset, ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations.
- Prepare annual business plans, including action plans and financial models, for approval by investors or the Investment Committee.
- Prepare investment memorandums for acquisitions through forward sales and submit them to the Investment Committee.
- Monitor and optimize asset budgets, including revenues, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, in collaboration with property managers or asset operators.
- Oversee forward sales and pre-leasing periods, ensuring timely deliveries and monitoring external valuations.
- Manage property managers and external service providers related to the asset, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Supervise property management, tenancy issues, claims, and potential lawsuits, negotiating leases, renewals, and tenant agreements.
- Collect and analyze relevant data and documentation at the asset level, ensuring legal conformity and liquidity.
- Propose relevant product evolutions or asset repositioning, management refurbishment or development programs, and ESG action plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, representing the investor in co-ownership and preparing disposals, including data room, valuation, and RFP processes.
- Support investments underwritten by the Acquisitions team and onboard new assets.
- Proven track record in real estate, with 10-15 years of experience in an asset and investment manager or property company.
- Specific expertise in office properties in Paris and the Greater Paris region.
- Good knowledge of the French office market and its players.
- Good understanding of relevant legislations and financial techniques related to real estate investments.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
- Credible and eloquent professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, initiative-driven, and result-oriented culture.
- Strong financial skills and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
