Daikin France, a leading manufacturer of high-quality climate control and heating systems, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join its team as an Assistant(e) ADV F/H in Alternance.
About the Role
As an Assistant(e) ADV F/H, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to product orders, including data entry, customer communication, and inventory management. Your primary duties will be:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Enter product orders into the system;
- Provide customers with product availability information;
- Track shipments;
- Manage customer payments and returns.
- Transversal Tasks:
- Learn and improve company procedures;
- Develop and propose process improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Assistanat/Gestion;
- Experience: Previous experience in Assistanat/ADV, preferably in a commercial setting;
- Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including at least one enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (SAP is a plus);
- Personal Qualities: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
