As a Production Team Member at BIGARD, you will:

With your colleagues: production team members, operators, technicians, and team leaders, you will carry out essential production steps to meet the millions of consumers who enjoy our products every day

As a Production Team Member, you will actively participate in the daily operations of our workshops, including:

  • Meat preparation and transformation: Discover the various meat transformations within our workshops and learn to value the raw material we work with every day.

  • Packaging and preparation of orders: The order that arrives at our clients is the image we reflect. The rigor and quality of our services must be impeccable to ensure that, beyond the product we have enhanced, its packaging and delivery meet our clients' expectations.

  • Respect for standards and food safety protocols to guarantee product safety and consumer safety.

  • Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain workshop performance and ensure efficient workflow.

You will discover the foundations of our activity through this position, which will open up opportunities for advancement in our various roles (operator, technician, etc.).

Job Conditions:

  • Fixed-term contract (6 months)

  • Position based in Villefranche d'Allier (03), near Montluçon and Clermont-Ferrand.
