This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand the unique needs of each department and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our organizational goals. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job adverts and descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to communicate the benefits of working at Kuba Pay and promote our company culture.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on talent trends and competitive practices within the industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights for improving recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition or internal recruiter, preferably within the B2B, SaaS, Tech, or Fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and employer branding techniques.
  • Good verbal and written French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, Workable, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations governing recruitment and employment.
