Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing company. This position involves collaboration with various teams, understanding the unique needs of each department, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, appeal to candidate motivations, and create comprehensive job adverts and descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to communicate the benefits of working at Kuba France and promote our company culture.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on talent trends and competitive practices within the industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights for improving recruitment efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition or internal recruiter, preferably within the B2B, SaaS, Tech, or Fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and employer branding techniques.
  • Good verbal and written French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, Workable, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations governing recruitment and employment.
  • Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with psychometric testing or assessment centers.
