About the Role
The Factory Modeling Coordinator will be part of the Smart Plant team within the HES department. The HES team supports the Group Strategy deployment, aiming for sustainable value creation, skills development, and customer satisfaction in full respect of the Hutchinson Values.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Design and model 3D projects for installation and workshop organization, simulation of flows, and job studies.
- Develop the structure, architecture, and administer collaborative platforms Atis & Autodesk.
- Ensure the use of CAD tools, establish rules of use, monitor compliance with these rules, and create a common library of equipment.
- Ensure site accompaniment for scanning installations (external services) and exploit point clouds.
- Provide direct assistance to sites with travel to perform 3D modeling (equipment) in collaboration with project managers, HES Responsible, and site management, and train them on platforms.
- Propose and implement guides for using tools and standardize design principles for cells, UAP, and factories in collaboration with HES (dimensioning of energies and fluids, architecture, zones, and internal/external flows).
- Deploy virtual and mixed reality technologies in the context of project de-risking before realization, organizing Design Reviews on site.
About You
You ideally have a background in CAD/BIM.
You have skills in project management, work tracking, CAD, and BIM.
You have skills in lean principles and training techniques.
You are rigorous, autonomous, communicative, and have transversal management capabilities.
