As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our dynamic community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the executive team, supporting informed decision-making across all areas of operation.
- Oversee the meticulous creation and execution of budgets, collaborating closely with other financial departments to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Actively manage debt portfolios to optimize financing structures and maintain a strong credit rating for the organization.
- Champion compliance with all relevant financial regulations and continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes for greater efficiency.
- Cultivate and nurture strong financial relationships with member municipalities, providing expert guidance and developing innovative financial tools and analysis.
