In this role, you will:
- Oversee quality initiatives to guarantee excellence across three distinct production lines.
- Deliver quality training sessions to operational staff, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Manage quality-related incidents and non-conformities, evaluate risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Promote ongoing enhancements by reviewing quality metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate closely with teams involved in production, sorting, and packaging processes.
Qualifications:
- A technical background in mechanical engineering, plastics, or quality assurance.
- Experience in quality management within a manufacturing context.
- Knowledge of quality methodologies such as audits, 8D problem-solving, and Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC).
- Ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measurement tools effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and proficiency in English are considered beneficial.
