Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials at various sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor clinical trials at multiple sites, including RBM, to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and company SOPs.
- Participate in investigator meetings as necessary to ensure effective communication and trial progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigational sites and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trial execution.
- Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance trial efficiency and quality.
- Education: Degree in pharmacy, life science, or related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of clinical monitoring experience.
- Language: Fluency in English and French.
- Location: Ability to work a combination of office- and home-based in the Paris area.
- Demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology.
- Excellent understanding and application of GCPs and applicable SOPs.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
