Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Antenna Operations Manager to oversee the effective functioning of our antenna in Seine-Saint-Denis. This role involves managing teams, collaborating closely with mission coordinators, and supervising volunteers and civic service participants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing socio-educational support and professional integration initiatives
- Managing human resources effectively
- Establishing partnerships and enhancing communication strategies
- Conducting monitoring and evaluation processes
- Handling logistical arrangements
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in specialized education, social services, or a related field in humanities, economics, or social sciences
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in socio-educational support
- Familiarity with social services, access to rights, and professional integration processes
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and partnerships
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks
- Excellent communication and representation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Basic knowledge of Romanian is an asset
Compensation Package:
- Monthly gross salary: 2700 euros
- Meal vouchers valued at 8 euros each
- Employer contribution of 70% towards advantageous health insurance
Work Environment:
This position is based in Bondy, with travel required within the Seine-Saint-Denis area and occasionally to other regions.
