- Manage significant paid user acquisition budgets for a portfolio of mobile games.
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across various channels, including social networks, SDK ad networks, and Apple Search Ads.
- Steer and optimize user acquisition performance through key metrics, including CPI, ROAS, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Publishing, Product, Creative, and Data, to achieve UA team and business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition.
- 4+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably in gaming.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and leverage data to create actionable testing plans and campaign optimization.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
