About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data integration flows using middleware like Dell Boomi and PaaS like Heroku.
  • Develop strategies and designs for system integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of integration projects.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in integration procedures and maintain the integrity of our integration architecture.
  • Conduct unit tests and ensure quality in line with Amadeus guidelines.
  • Optimize code and document work, producing necessary software documentation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and be the owner of your decisions and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern client-side technologies, middleware, and PaaS.
  • Professional experience with middleware and data integration, with a deep understanding of data mapping and transformation.
  • Deep understanding of SQL and JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering high-quality and well-structured code.
  • Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA.
