Job Title

Senior Data Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Developer to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data integration solutions using hybrid integration platforms, PaaS like Heroku, and middleware like Dell Boomi.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data integration solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-structured code that adheres to Amadeus' coding standards.
  • Collaborate with junior developers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with other developers to ensure timely completion of integration projects.
  • Ensure that integration procedures adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Analyze and improve existing system integration and migration techniques.
  • Conduct unit tests and ensure quality of software in line with Amadeus guidelines.
  • Optimize code as needed based on integration and performance tests.
  • Document work and produce necessary software documentation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and be part of the scrum team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern client-side technologies, middleware, PaaS, and JavaScript.
  • Professional experience with middleware and data integration, with a deep understanding of data mapping and data transformation.
  • Deep understanding of SQL and JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering high-quality, well-structured code.
  • Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA.
