Ecological Restoration Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team at Wilkinson Ecological Design, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Project Managers in the management of multiple projects, from design to construction, and ensuring that projects are implemented to achieve client goals and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Assist Project Managers in preparing proposals, estimates, and project research, as well as conducting site inspections.
- Act as a liaison between sales and design teams to ensure pertinent information is relayed.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with regulatory review agency representatives.
- Maintain regular project documentation, including within our CRM system.
- Perform other duties as needed under the direction of Project Managers and departmental Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Natural Resources Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in landscape construction or environmental consulting.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Regulations, and Policies, as well as local wetland protection Bylaws and Regulation.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to work outdoors in a variety of adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to lift material and/or packages weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
