Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the 'Explore' cultural science event, bringing together over 50 research teams for a week-long public programming event in May-June.

  • Under the coordination of the two scientific mediation officers, the project coordinator will participate in:

    • Partnering with the PACA delegations of the CNRS and Inserm;

    • Programming the festival in collaboration with the 50 research teams;

    • Designing participatory and inclusive mediation tools;

    • Internal and external communication of the event;

    • Event logistics: material organization, scheduling, and relations with service providers;

    • Evaluation of the event's devices (publics, research teams, partners);

    • Financial management of the event, writing activity reports, and ANR deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Background in project coordination/governance of cultural and/or scientific projects;

  • Strong interest in science-society actions and societal challenges;

  • Experience in communication, mediation, and/or event logistics;

  • Ability to write reports and documents;

  • Knowledge of research desired;

Personal Qualities:

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to learn;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and partner relations;

  • Listening and adaptability skills;

  • Initiative and autonomy in work;

Contract Information:

2 positions available for a project contract (between 9 and 15 months) - possibility of renewal for the Festival.

Full-time position available as soon as possible.

Salary: € net/month, then € net/month after one year of seniority.
