About This Role

As a Strategic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the General Director and various departments within METROPOLE NICE COTE D AZUR. You will act as a central point of contact, facilitating information flow and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the exchange of information between the General Director and the different directorates within the General Directorate of GP&T.
  • Effectively transmit information to and from the General Director, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate and monitor requests from diverse departments by gathering and summarizing essential information from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare concise summaries, draft notes, messaging elements, and letters on behalf of the General Director.
  • Organize files for the General Director, elected officials, the General Services Directorate, or the cabinet.
  • Monitor flagged correspondence to ensure prompt processing by the General Directorate.
  • Prepare for meetings, maintain coherence in deliberations presented by the General Directorate, and assist with strategic notes.
  • Analyze documents and contribute to collaborative efforts requiring interaction between at least two departments.
  • Provide valuable decision-making support by proposing actionable steps after analyzing situations.
  • Develop and implement tools for strategic thinking (dashboards).
  • Propose improvement initiatives and monitor indicators as directed by the General Director.
  • Represent the General Director in meetings, effectively conveying their vision and objectives.
