L'entreprise LASIT Group - Laser Innovation recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Support Technique et Installation pour rejoindre son équipe à Lyon.

Environnement de travail

Le candidat/la candidate travaillera sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur Général de la filiale française, au sein d'un environnement dynamique et innovant. Il/elle bénéficiera d'un cadre professionnel stimulant et d'un accompagnement complet :

  • Une formation initiale approfondie dispensée par les experts techniques de LASIT au siège social en Italie.
  • Un programme de formation continue assuré par l'équipe technique du siège tout au long de sa carrière.
  • Un soutien constant pour l'analyse et la résolution de problèmes complexes, en collaboration avec l'équipe du siège.

L'objectif est de permettre au candidat/à la candidate de développer une pleine autonomie dans tous les aspects techniques des machines LASIT, tout en s'appuyant sur un réseau international d'experts.

Le rôle

Le poste implique la prise en charge des interventions techniques sur les sites des clients, couvrant tous les aspects logiciels, matériels et mécaniques des systèmes LASIT. Les déplacements hebdomadaires font partie intégrante du rôle, avec une planification gérée en collaboration avec le siège. Le candidat idéal possède une expertise polyvalente, alliant compétences en informatique, électronique et mécanique.

Compétences requises


  • Maîtrise de la lecture de schémas électriques et pneumatiques,
  • Connaissances en CAO,
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel parlé et écrit (niveau B2 minimum),
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques,
  • Forte habileté manuelle et technique,
  • Capacité à gérer le stress, professionnalisme, patience et empathie,
  • Esprit d'initiative, résolution de problèmes et adaptabilité, sens du service client,
  • Autonomie dans la gestion de situations imprévues (techniques, logistiques ou organisationnelles),
  • Permis de conduire français en cours de validité.
