Key Responsibilities:
As a part-time HR Generalist within the HR team at T.EN CORPORATE SERVICES (230 employees, Paris Headquarters), your responsibilities will include:
HR Development:
- Assisting in the formulation and tracking of the training plan.
- Participating in onboarding discussions for new hires.
- Engaging in internal mobility discussions and conducting independent interviews at the conclusion of the work-study program for select roles.
- Contributing to the coordination of the trainee and apprentice network.
- Participating in the company's talent identification initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly Social and Economic Committee meetings and monitoring existing agreements.
- Preparing responses to monthly inquiries from employee representatives.
- Maintaining the BDESE (economic, social, and environmental database) up to date.
Candidate Profile:
- You have completed 4/5 years of higher education and are in the final year of a Master's program specializing in Human Resources and/or Business School/Grandes Ecoles.
- You are proficient in English and MS Office applications.
- You possess strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and analytical thinking abilities.
- You enjoy collaborative work, are inquisitive, and open to your surroundings.
- You maintain a high level of confidentiality.
