Job Title: Head of Marketing Digital & Publishing

Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Marketing Digital & Publishing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and advocacy for our content among our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive engagement and advocacy for our content.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, production management, brand, and communication teams, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are integrated into overall marketing and paid media efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programming and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
