About the Role

CryptoNext Security is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team and take charge of the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs across the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to each department's needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for various functions, including cybersecurity, marketing, sales, and professional services.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively, provide timely feedback, and address candidate inquiries.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires across departments.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and relevant teams to ensure a seamless transition.

Market Insights and Expertise

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent.
  • Enhance your technical expertise to understand CryptoNext's technical needs and evaluate technical candidates at an entry level.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
  • Experience: Proven track record as a hiring manager or recruiter.
  • Familiarity with both technical and non-technical recruitment.
  • Ability to assess candidates' fit for diverse roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Excellent French & English communication both oral & writing skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Terms of Employment

  • Based in Paris, hybrid.
  • Full-time position.
  • CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée), under French Law.
  • Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
