About the Role

As a key member of Ubisoft's Global Communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic internal and external communications for Executive Committee members.

This position requires a high level of expertise in communications, public relations, and journalism, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and generate results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic engagement roadmaps for C-level executives, including company milestones, internal events, press events, videos, media interviews, and more.
  • Write executive messages in both French and English, aligning with corporate messaging and tailoring to specific audiences.
  • Design and develop creative, innovative, and impactful formats to engage key audiences, including the monthly communications playbook.
  • Project manage and deliver key internal events involving top executives, including logistics, communications plans, content production, rehearsals, and more.
  • Analyze and assess the impact of communications strategies to fine-tune and improve results.
  • Identify emerging issues and mitigate potential impacts in partnership with the Global Communications team.
  • Build internal and external relationships to deliver integrated communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Medium to senior level of experience in communications, public relations, and/or journalism in an international and demanding environment.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and generate results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Creativity, accountability, autonomy, team spirit, and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Fluent French and bilingual English language skills.
