Solution Advisor Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a Solution Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by providing expert guidance and support in the implementation of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in discovery sessions and executive meetings to understand customer business challenges and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support in the implementation of SAP solutions, including software demonstrations and deal support.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.
- Participate in marketing events and lead Design Thinking sessions to drive business growth.
- 2-3 years of work experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a "can-get-it-done" mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong Business Acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
