As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the sales floor, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, including restocking shelves, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
