About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative B2B (H/F) to join our team in Rennes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a professional clientele by offering LOXAM's services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Trends: Stay informed of market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Client Visits and Presentations: Visit targeted clients at construction sites and offices to present LOXAM's offerings, advise on services, and negotiate agreements.
  • Service Development and Negotiation: Develop various activities by proposing complementary services or products to clients, and negotiate agreements according to pricing policies.
  • Service Follow-up and Analysis: Follow up on service offers and analyze results to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide visit reports and update the Branch Manager on client interactions and sales performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a technical or construction environment, along with a commercial background (minimum Bac +2). Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, attention to detail, and dedication are essential for this position.
