Job Description

As a Project Manager at Worldline, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive and complex customer projects in the payment environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of these projects, meeting the required standards of time, costs, quality, and technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer projects in an international payment environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Responsible for project goals in terms of time, costs, quality, and technology, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Active management of quality, risk, and change, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Implementation and optimization of internal processes in cooperation with other departments, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordination of various interests of all stakeholders, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
  • Provision of correct and result-oriented reporting of projects and preparation of necessary project documentation.
  • Portfolio management support if required.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or master degree (university or college) ideally in IT, business informatics, or economics.
  • Years of experience in management of multi-disciplinary projects in an international environment.
  • Experience in payment transactions or card business would be a plus.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong flair for numbers.
  • High customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
