Your Mission

As a Healthcare Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Managing and coordinating the organization of the healthcare sector.
  • Ensuring the quality, continuity, and safety of patient care, as well as the organization, management, and functioning of the sector.
  • Providing support to the RSP department, including student supervision and HR support.
  • Identifying, managing, and developing the skills of individual employees within a collective project framework.
  • Being a resource person within the unit.
  • Ensuring the distribution of skills according to activity and valuing the potential of employees.
  • Maintaining the quality of patient care and ensuring the continuous improvement of services.
  • Ensuring good practices.
  • Organizing care in accordance with patient rights, mobilizing professional knowledge.
  • Working closely with medical staff and superiors to harmonize healthcare practices.
  • Managing the needs of the unit, including materials, space, and personnel.
  • Ensuring and formalizing intra- and inter-service coordination.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring tools for evaluating the quality of care and employee and student training.
  • Participating in the implementation of the department's project.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A diploma in healthcare management.
  • Knowledge of institutional functioning, legislative texts, and hospital hygiene.
  • Proficiency in institutional software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
