As a paramedical healthcare leader, you will oversee the activities of the PUI at CHU de Nice. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging:
Oversee and coordinate dispensing operations, transactions with third parties, DMS/DMI supply, clinical research, pharmacotechnology, and radiopharmacy, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of services.Manage and support PPH teams and personnel, fostering their professional growth and maintaining a motivating and collaborative work atmosphere.Actively engage in the execution of Pharmacy Division projects. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes and continuously improving practices in collaboration with the management team and the nursing pole manager.Work closely with the pharmacy pole governance, responsible pharmacists, and external partners to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.The Ideal Candidate
Degree in hospital pharmacy preparation. Health Manager diploma or a professional project in healthcare management (acting as a health manager).Extensive experience in team and organizational leadership.Demonstrated skills in project management and process enhancement.Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and accountability skills. Team-oriented with the ability to navigate the hierarchy and contribute meaningfully within the pole. A resourceful individual with a strong sense of responsibility.Enthusiasm for actively participating in transformation, modernization, and innovation.-
