Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Support
    • Preparation of performance dashboards and key indicators
    • Oversee accounting, administrative, HR, and legal compliance in collaboration with our accounting and legal partners
  • Sales Support
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Draft quotes and invoices for clients
    • Monitor client payments and conduct follow-ups
    • Manage phone communications, greet clients, and organize filing systems
  • Supplier and Procurement Oversight
    • Administer general expense purchases and liaise with various suppliers
    • Maintain supplier relationships: monitor billing and ensure compliance...
  • Human Resources Administration
    • Track administrative processes for internal and external teams: manage expense reports, leave requests, absences, and mission letters...
    • Coordinate and oversee internal training requests

Candidate Profile:

Contract Information:
