About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our Europe Compliance & Internal Control Team at Natixis Investment Managers.
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the work of supervising the compliance systems of affiliated management companies as part of the Enterprise Compliance Program;
- Ensuring the management of cross-functional projects to support and supervise the deployment within the subsidiaries of compliance systems that meet the new regulations and place topics;
- Participating in the preparation of Natixis IM Compliance Committees and contributions to the Group Compliance Committees;
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and the drafting of reports for top management and the Group;
- Developing, adapting and maintaining Global Policies and Procedures applicable to all Affiliates, and ensuring their correct implementation in their compliance arrangements.

About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A higher education;
- At least 10 years of experience in similar functions in the field of compliance/internal control;
- Experience in a consulting or audit firm is a plus;
- Familiarity with regulations applicable to asset management companies, asset management, financial products and markets;
- Excellent relationship and communication skills;
- Rigorous and able to work independently while managing priorities;
- Effective and strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively;
- Master English with a C1 level.
