Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Officer (Apprentice) to join our team at Deutsche Bank in Paris. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including training, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR team in organizing training programs, from administrative tasks to welcome and assessment of trainees.
- Streamline the recruitment service to all stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist HR colleagues with hiring and internship processes, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Engage with stakeholders, including business and external agents, to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
- Filing all employee-related documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Update individual administrative files, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Eligibility to work in France.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- Interest in all HR aspects, including training, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Detail-oriented and reactive, with a dynamic approach.
