Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring the accuracy and validity of employee files, and maintaining social relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks, accountancy, and internal control
  • Control staff attendance and scheduling process
  • Ensure accuracy and manage administrative and logistics files of employees
  • Respect legal and social obligations
  • Assist with local recruitment
  • Stand-by duties during the absence of HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources mandatory
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Computer skills required
