Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety across our facilities. As a Senior Food Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of HACCP protocols, temperature control checks, and training programs for team members.

  • Daily monitoring of Preventive Controls to identify potential risks
  • Run reports detailing current performance and track action plans to address gaps
  • Foster collaboration with QHSE Managers to ensure accurate data reporting
  • Schedule meetings and daily activities as needed to drive quality initiatives

You will also be responsible for interacting with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other relevant regulations.

We value excellent communication skills, business acumen, and adaptability in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Safety is preferred but not required. Relevant industry experience is essential, with a proven understanding of GMP, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
