We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Business Analyst to join our team. As an Acquisition Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling our growth teams to scale efficiently and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop analytical and planning tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy from all acquisition teams.
- Enable efficient performance monitoring for every performance channel through an optimized tracking strategy, continuous improvement of data visualization, and adoption of best standards on performance rituals.
- Define performance monitoring standards within the Growth Planning & Steering team.
- Find actionable root causes of problems we may face, through a comprehensive performance analysis, and follow an action plan until we get results.
- Join a company that continues to scale and diversify its marketing investments to pursue Qonto's incredible success in the development of SME segments through our Finance management solutions and the expansion of our markets.
- As part of our path to profitability, our objective is to continue to scale our marketing investment with efficiency and diversify our acquisition channels through product-led growth initiatives.
- In 2023, with data teams, we implemented a comprehensive measurement stack including the Attribution Model, Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality test, Market Index... With the finance team, we set a full bottom-up budget to get actionable objectives to reach our growth ambition.
