Position: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical support to production teams, addressing technical challenges and unexpected issues.
  • Monitoring and following up on technical responses to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Serving as a key technical liaison between Production teams, preparation offices, and the Engineering Department.
  • Enhancing operational workflows by developing and refining work instructions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Engineering Department to devise effective solutions for production-related challenges.
  • Evaluating technical impacts associated with incomplete tasks from prior production stages.
  • Drafting and analyzing deviation requests post-quality inspections.
  • Engaging in the dispute resolution process.
  • Initiating emergency production runs when necessary.
  • Participating in process validation activities.
  • Conducting various technical investigations to ensure operational integrity.
  • Assisting in the monitoring and follow-up of disputes and deviation requests.
  • Maintaining communication with the local Production Manager.
  • Requesting modifications to operation approval keys for unvalidated operations.
  • Proposing adjustments to unit time for phases when technically justified.
  • Preparing for meetings focused on critical operational points.
  • Tracking aircraft progress through TLB evolution monitoring.
  • Documenting additional work instructions pertinent to the workstation.
  • Reporting any anomalies detected during operations.
  • Understanding and applying relevant rules, procedures, and processes related to interventions.
  • Ensuring compliance with defined benchmarks in technical documentation.
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations during interventions, utilizing personal and environmental protective equipment.
  • Providing detailed reports on completed work.

Qualifications: A minimum of a BAC+2 in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering, industrial production, mechanical product industrialization, or industrial product design, or an equivalent qualification is required.
