**Job Title:** Global Category Manager - HR and Professional Services

**About the Role:**

DSJ Global is seeking a seasoned Category Manager to lead the HR and Professional Services categories at the Global level. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive innovation, sustainability, and cost savings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for HR and Professional Services categories, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and solutions that enhance the organization's competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with category strategies.
  • Champion ethical procurement practices and sustainability initiatives within the organization, promoting responsible business practices.
